I'm Having Trouble Logging In

If you are using an Apple device, please check that "Cookies" are enabled.  myBGI uses cookies to determine if you are logged in and to connect you to your account.

To enable cookies, please follow these steps:

  1. From home screen go to Settings > Safari
  2. Make sure "Block All Cookies" is turned off

Once this is set, please try logging in again.
